Ballerina Bunny is a pink and purple variegated colorway inspired by Lisa Frank. The pinks range from bubblegum to hot pink and the purples range from orchid to deep grape. There are also some scattered speckles of purple, red, and blue. This colorway is dyed in a freeform manner so no two skeins will be the same, even from the same dye lot. It is hand dyed in small batches so please let me know if you’d like me to pick your skeins to be the most similar to each other.

As with all hand dyed yarn, natural variation from skein to skein is considered normal. When making large items that require multiple skeins in the same colorway, alternating skeins is recommended for the most consistent results. A small amount of excess dye being released may occur during the first wash or two. When working with high contrast colors, using a splash of white vinegar in with the water used to soak the item can help prevent color bleeding.
